These policies help ensure every appointment runs smoothly while providing the consistent, high-quality service Pristine & Green is known for.
Cleaning Supplies & Materials
- We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment required for your appointment.
- Clients may request that we use their own products or vacuum, provided they are clean and in good working condition.
- Eco-friendly, fragrance-free and low-VOC options are available upon request.
Your Cleaning Day
- Please remove clutter, toys, valuables and hazards before your appointment.
- Interruptions should be kept to a minimum whenever possible.
- Please ensure the condition of the home remains reasonably similar to when your cleaning fee was originally quoted.
Access to Your Property
- Keys, door codes or hide-a-key arrangements are accepted.
- If we cannot access the property at the scheduled appointment time, the full cleaning fee will apply.
Payments & Additional Fees
- Minimum service fee: $125
- Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer, Cash and Automatic Square Auto-Pay.
- Condition Adjustment Fees may apply if the property differs significantly from the original quoted condition.
- Late payment fee: $10
- NSF fee: $30
Pets
- Pets should be safely secured during appointments unless otherwise arranged.
- Cleaning pet waste is the client's responsibility.
- Clients with pets that have accidents must provide their own cleaning products for those situations.
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: full service fee applies.
- Frequent cancellations may result in loss of recurring booking availability.
Quality Guarantee
If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or an itemized list of concerns. We will gladly investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a return visit to correct verified oversights at no additional charge. No discounts will be offered without the opportunity to make necessary corrections.
Disclaimer
- We do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or products supplied by the client.
- Please secure jewelry, cash and other valuables before service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service where unsafe conditions exist.
